Hal Lambert, Licensed Architect

After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in 1978, he obtained graduate degrees in architecture and business from the University of Illinois, graduating in 1981.

From there he joined a large architectural firm in Winter Park, Florida, where he worked on all types of buildings, including hospitals, banks, government buildings, and the Olin Library at Rollins College. With aspirations of becoming directly involved in real estate development, he then joined The Regency Windsor Companies, where he designed and built numerous multi-family projects in Indiana and Michigan. While still involved with Regency Windsor, he opened his own architectural firm in 2004.

Since then he has designed numerous custom homes and has designed and built several office buildings in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida. Hal Lambert is an experienced architect and general contractor, licensed in the state of Florida. His experience in architecture, construction, and development translate in his work to produce successful buildings.

Hal Lambert specializes in providing architectural services for Custom Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Homes, Commercial Office Buildings, Tenant Finish Plans, and Remodels, Alterations, and Additions to existing homes. Hal Lambert can team up and coordinate with other local professionals and providers to suit your needs, including site design, civil engineering and site plan approvals, interior design, construction, and construction contract administration.
